Windows Explorer filename extension column

Adds a column to Windows Explorer details view that shows the extension
part of a filename. The column can be sorted and repositioned like any
other column. The below screenshot is sorted by filename extension. Sorting
on the "Type" column would not give the same results because all the types
are the same. This add-on is ultra small (50KB DLL) so will not waste
precious resources.
- Version 1.1 (2009/01/16) : Added the ability for customization via the
registry. Option of upper/lower case filename extension, with upper case
being the default. Ability to specify your own column title.
