The Russian language pack is currently available as an add-on. It will be included with the installer on the next release.

ClipCache Pro installs on your desktop computer:
ClipCache Pro
ClipCache Pro x64 (64-bit) will only install under Windows x64 (64-bit)

After installing, download the Russian language add-on and unzip to the installation folder and restart ClipCache.
